Job Description UnbridledACTS is looking for an authentic and skilled administrative assistant to join our growing team. They will support the Director of Outreach & Connection in the Denver office in a variety of capacities but will primarily help implement excellence in supporting programs, company partners, and managing a retreat home in Elizabeth, CO. Qualified candidates will present a welcoming demeanor, positive attitude, and willingness to adapt to change with joy. An ideal candidate can perform well in high pressure environments with executives, manage unexpected changes in direction and priorities with grace, and is willing to be on site at various UnbridledACTS locations. Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Denver  Hours: 40 hours per week Compensation: $25/hr  Successful candidates will have the following:  + At least 2-3 years of experience in an office environment, ideally in an administrative role. + Proficient in Microsoft Office, including data exports, tables, and pivot tables, as well as Outlook Calendar management and PowerPoint presentations. + Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records with a high attention to detail. + Willingness to drive to/from various project sites in their own vehicle. + Self-motivated, able to work independently with limited supervision, willing to handle concurrent tasks, and able to make appropriate judgments and decisions. + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Respectful of individuals from a variety of cultural backgrounds and able to treat their beliefs with dignity. + Exceptional organizational, problem-solving and time management skills as well as attention to detail. + Collaborate effectively as a team player and in a diverse environment, respecting Christian values and fostering inclusivity of people of all faiths and backgrounds. + Can-do attitude and a willingness to support in areas you may not be familiar. + Humble, resilient, and respectful, with the grit to tackle challenges head-on. + During peak seasons, must be prepared to work extended hours and adapt to any situation Preferred, but not required qualifications: + Comfortable creating and editing visual content in Canva, + Experience formulating budgets and tracking finances. + Experience planning community/company-wide events. What you would be doing at Unbridled:  + Coordinate with Director of Outreach & Connection to manage programs in Elizabeth, Denver, and Uganda. + Maintain connections with 27 partnering companies.  + Provide general support to the ACTS team, at large, as well as Unbridled Companies team. + Respond to emails, telephone, and written inquiries in an expedited manner. + Process, monitor, and reconcile credit card payments and monthly expense reports for the Director of Outreach & Connection, co-founder, and self. + Maintain accurate and detailed records for auditing purposes. + Coordinate volunteers for service projects. + Provide support for charitable events, mainly focused in Colorado. + Maintain relationships with all external service providers – lawn care, maintenance, contractors for publications. + Take regular supply inventory and reorder as necessary. + Act as a remote office liaison as needs come up. + Assist in board meetings with set up, meal planning, and recording minutes. + Schedule and prepared for weekly team meetings and ministry calls.  + Assist with scheduling meetings (onsite & offsite) and other appointments as needed. Must be able to communicate with multiple parties to ensure everyone has available space for their meetings. + Assist with filing and other administrative tasks as needed. + Monitor and respond to email inquiries for UnbridledACTS and the retreat home, The Eagle’s Nest. + Work with the Director of Outreach & Connection in Identifying local organizations that would be good partners for UnbridledACTS in Denver, St. Louis, Boston, Grand Rapids, and San Diego. + Embody the Unbridled brand and culture, including character, change, credibility, and community. ​Comprehensive Benefit Package Unbridled provides a comprehensive benefits package to all Unbridled employees, as well as other perks and work-life integration.
