Overview

Hire Resolves client is looking for an experienced Administration Clerk to join South Africa’s number one cold meat manufacturer in Germiston, Gauteng. This individual will form part of a team that deals with all back–office
administration across sales, internal and external operations, general reports and various daily tasks.

:

Invoicing of orders. Preparation of paperwork for national distribution. Communicating with distributors around the country. Preparation of orders for picking process. Assisting in coordinating sales and operations daily. Building monthly reports.

:

3 years experience. Proven experience in administration. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and be versatile. Work in high pressured, fast–moving environment. Work weekends, public holidays, and long hours. Work in a team, take clear direction from colleagues. Great at planning, organizing and problem solving.
