Job Title: Administration Clerk
Location: Office-based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential to extend)
We’re seeking a reliable and proactive Administration Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone looking to re-enter the workforce — ideally a mature individual, such as a parent returning to work, who values flexibility and a supportive environment.
You’ll play a vital part in supporting our programs by liaising with Matu beneficiaries, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Your ability to stay organised, patient, and resilient will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:Liaise with all Matu program beneficiaries via phone and email
Collect and manage program submissions
Follow up with customers for outstanding information and supporting documentation
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all program-related documents
Maintain clear and up-to-date records of interactions and submissions
Provide general administrative support to the team
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
