About the Role:

This role is perfect for someone looking to advance their administrative skills, get to know the Liebherr business and work within a world class OEM. It also opens the door for future roles at Liebherr for the right candidate.

 

You will work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of our component repair and remanufacturing activities.

Skills and Duties:

You will be required to demonstrate your ability to:

Prepare and distribute documentation along with planning schedules Collect and process work orders and timesheets Manage data in the ERP system Prepare reports on work activities and productivity Provide administrative services, including document creation and data maintenance. Essential Requirements: Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word Good organisational skills with strong communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to work effectively within a team environment coupled with good time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and data management

 

Exposure to ERP Systems will be highly regarded and most importantly … demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers!

 

Those candidates successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening which includes drug and alcohol testing.
