Full body:

As an Administration Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our team, providing vital support to ensure our operations run efficiently.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, details orientated, eager to contribute to a collaborative environment and or looking to advance their career!

What you’ll do:

Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry and correspondence.Support the team with scheduling, meeting preparations and documents management.Handle and assist customers in person / phone/ email by answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting.Contribute to the smooth running of office operations by handling ad hoc tasks.

What were looking for:

Prior administration experience would be an advantage.Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.Computer literate – experience using Microsoft office (Word, Excel outlook)A positive attitude and willingness to learn
