Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, cheerful and committed candidate, with previous experience in a Primary School office, to work in our school and support our School Business Manager.

Are you looking for a rewarding role within a happy, inclusive and ambitious primary school? If so, we are looking for an Office Administrator to join our vibrant, welcoming team. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day management of registers, records, payments and the administering of medication.

Who We Are:

Bollington Cross C.E Primary School has a rich history, a warm, caring school community and supportive parents. At our school, we believe in working in partnership with all of our parents and carers to get the very best education for all of our pupils. Our school has a Christian ethos and this is clear to see in the way that the children respect and care for one another. We are a happy school and our school values and vision are important to us. We aim for every child to become: Resilient, Resourceful, Reflective and Respectful. But, we wouldn’t be successful without experienced, cheerful and committed staff.

As Office Administrator and often the first face our visitors see, you’ll play a key role in making our school a warm and friendly place for everyone who comes through our doors.

What We’re Offering:

An exciting opportunity to join us as our Office Administrator, and be part of our brilliant team. As well as day-to-day school office administration, you’ll provide records and feedback to the Business Manager and be proactive in generating further income from the school's excellent facilities. You’ll be part of the office team, responsible for ensuring that business management and support services develop appropriately and operate in accordance with statutory regulations, ensuring that high levels of service are provided.

A visit to our school is highly recommended: we'd welcome the opportunity to meet with you and give you a tour. Please contact the school’s office on 01625 572138 to arrange this.

Bollington Cross C.E. Primary is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of children and young people. The successful candidate must demonstrate that they are fully committed to our safeguarding policies and procedures. Pre-employment checks and references will be sought and the successful candidate will need to undertake an enhanced DBS Check.

Closing Date: As soon as we have found and recruited the right candidate for the role.

Interviews: These will be arranged individually with candidates who meet our selection criteria at a mutually convenient time.
