Qualification Intermediate/Bachelor Degree. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role. Requirements Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying. Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations. Coordinate meetings and events. Respond to inquiries and requests from employees and external parties.  Manage relationships with travel agencies, accommodation providers, and other vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure favorable terms. Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues.
