InHealth sees more than 5 million patients each year and diagnostic imaging is one of the busiest services that we provide.
Following the Michael Richards report, in which it was highlighted that diagnostic services should be delivered taking a new approach to provide more accessibility to people in the community away from acute settings, we at InHealth are excited to be partnering with the NHS to develop new Community Diagnostic Centres to support this vison.
Following this we are delighted to be opening a new Community Diagnostic Centre in Chelmsely Wood, Birmingham in March 2025, and we are actively recruiting now to build a passionate and dedicated team to, ready to support this nationwide programme to enhance the availability of diagnostic Radiography in the community, while enhancing your own career.
Right now, we are looking to recruit an Administration Manager, to work closely alongside the Service Manager.
What you will do:
Support the Service Manager with the day to day running of the service, and support in overseeing the Clinic Support team as required, to ensure the smooth running of the service and that KPI and Audit data is readily available for the service manager, to know all contractual requirements are being achieved alongside our partnership with the NHS
What you are responsible for:
Monthly KPI reports Overseeing and ensuring regular audits take place Induct, support and train clinical support staff Support with Rotas as required Work with the clinical leads to gather information as needed for reports Support the clinical support team where needed Understand the NHS partnership contractual agreements- and the information required to report on this to the Service Manger Understand internal compliance and policies Support in the recruitment of clinical support staff Respecting and working within patient's and service users' customs, values and spiritual beliefs, making sure their views are sought and taken into account Supporting patient bookings and making sure patient information systems are maintained with accurate and up-to-date informationWe are looking for someone who has:
A high level of professionalism and technical standard of work Aptitude towards improving quality The ability to work in a multidisciplinary team Understanding of the implications of the Data Protection Act, Caldicott Principles and GDPR A strong team player attitude, being supportive, caring, reliable and trustworthy The ability to be calm when working under pressure and in a busy environment A positive attitude, taking pride in their work and is passionate about the service they provide.
