What You'll Be Doing:
As a key member of the admin team, you'll be responsible for:

Data Management: Inputting case details, processing paperwork, and assisting with telephone debt recovery to support court order enforcement.Decision Making: Taking decisive actions regarding enforcement steps for defaulters.Customer Correspondence: Answering inquiries, handling customer calls, and coordinating with agencies such as bailiffs, DWP, and employers.Collaboration: Working with multiple teams and agencies to ensure judicial decisions are enforced efficiently, while offering guidance on court procedures.General Administration: Managing routine tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, archiving, and handling office communications.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and external agencies.Tech-Savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Experience with bespoke government systems is a bonus.Highly Organised: A detail-oriented approach, capable of staying organised and meeting targets in a high-pressure environment.Reliable and Adaptable: A flexible team player who can shift between tasks easily and work efficiently under deadlines.
