Assisting the Creditors Team in managing Creditors book:

Processing all pod, matching pod’s to correct load on our online platform Maintaining a tracking schedule to ensure POD’s are received on a timely basis from transporters Receiving packages and scanning supplier invoices and pod Supplier reconciliation if required by the assistant accountant Requesting pod’s by means of emails and phone call Any other request by the Accountant or Assistant accountants Maintains historical records by filing documents. Telephone duties, this entail answering and directing calls. Any other ad hoc duties required. Requirements:
Matric English & Afrikaans essential Strong administrator with 3 - 5 years experience Meticulous attention to detail A knack for keeping operations running Good communication skills Customer centric ***Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted***
