Hire Resolve’s client is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their team as an Admin Person in Durban, KZN. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, literate, and possess strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

Handling the switchboard and answering phone calls in a professional manner Typing schedules and maintaining accurate records Managing filing systems and ensuring documents are stored appropriately Assisting with general administrative tasks and supporting the office team Conducting computer work and data entry tasks as required

Requirements:

Proficient in spoken and written English Strong organizational and time-management skills Previous experience in a similar administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
