Position Title Adjunct Faculty - Legal Assistant - FLSA Exempt Full Time/Part Time Part Time Department Business/Management Campus Gatesville Campus Location Gatesville TX Salary PTEA Hours Part-time, include requirement and total hours per week - not to exceed 19.5 hours Summary of Position To teach college credit courses in legal assistance. Minimum Required Education Bachelor’s Degree from a nationally, regionally, or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education in Law or Legal or Law-related field required. Doctorate Degree in law is desired. Minimum Required Experience Minimum of three years practical experience in the legal field if bachelor’s degree level, two years if master’s or Doctorate level degree. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrates knowledge in the subject matter being taught. Ability to communicate with students in a clear manner using both written and oral communication. Ability to author tests and lesson plans. Ability to give academic and vocation guidance to students as needed Ability to use Blackboard as a teaching method Posting Detail Information
