We have an outstanding Contract position for an Address Verification Rep to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.
Act as a customer service liaison between customers and their patients as well as internal employees. Make and receive calls to assist in obtaining accurate information for shipping including updating systems to ensure patient information is accurate and answer patient questions as needed
Responsibilities:Provide responsive and reliable customer service. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments as needed.Research data to obtain the necessary information to execute the validation of demographics.Answer patient inquiries, requests, and or complaints.Provide support for patients and internal and internal employees.Heavy call volumes. Must have telephonic customer service skills.Must be able to multitask.Work within SLA times.Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
Basic Hiring Criteria:High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
