Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.97 Schedule: 8:00:AM - 04:30:PM Job Responsibilities: + Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities. + Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments. + Perform Inbound/Outbound calls while meeting SLA of the department. + Internal systems are used to verify UPS shipment and device pick-ups and provide support to customers. + Provide international customer service at times, and in such an event, work a flexible schedule. + Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects. + Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements. Basic Hiring Criteria: + High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience. + Ability to clearly communicate information to patients and internal customers.
