ACTUAIRE TARIFICIATION H/F

 

Pricing Actuary will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the pricing work on International Health portfolio, by providing the technical analysis on projects and opportunities, and by leading effective interactions with key stakeholders in order to support the growth of the Individual/SME segment. 

Pricing Actuary will assist the Pricing Manager in delivering the strategic plan for profitable growth of the Individual/Family and Small/Medium Enterprise (“SME”) segments under the supervision of the Head of Pricing and the Chief Underwriting Officer  

Pricing Actuary will also support in defining and driving the execution of the technical excellence program, that aims to introduce further efficiency for the technical functions, e.g. through the enhancement and the implementation of sophisticated Tools and Models (GLMs, Machine Learning, …) 

 

What you do

 

Technical pricing analysis to establish premium rates for international health propositions in the Individual/Family and SME segments  Work with key business stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Legal, Market Management, Underwriting etc.) to review new business opportunities and assess alignment against growth, profitability and strategic objectives under the proposition development framework  Review performance of existing propositions and propose rating action based on emerging performance, stakeholder feedback and market trends  Support the development and implementation of new and modified product/market solutions through effective interactions with internal and external stakeholders   Maintain exacting standards on deadline delivery for the pricing team  Review and refine pricing guidelines and methodologies to deliver high-quality technical analysis   Ensure the proper application and assist in developing the existing underwriting guidelines to respond to evolving market practices and emerging experience and ensure continued alignment with broader Az Group requirements  Develop predictive models and conduct data-driven analysis to measure the impact of our pricing analysis  Positively represent Allianz Care internally within the Allianz Group, and externally to the market 

 


What you bring

 

 

Significant experience (3-5 years) in technical pricing analysis in relevant line of business  Preferably third level degree and / or professional insurance qualification  Experience of working in a large, complex global financial services organization  Experience of working internationally  Proven track record of developing innovative solutions to business challenges  Evidence of a proactive, focused and structured attitude to work and an ability to constantly meet deadlines   Strong analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail.   Strong communication (verbal & written), project and time management skills   Ability to work independently without direct supervision, and to transform business problems into actionable insights  Fluency in French and English (business language)  Possess a solid IT background; ability to demonstrate programming experience and writing database queries would be an advantage (especially to be familiar with R, Python, SAS and SQL)
