The Workflow Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the workflow processes within the DAF PEO C3BM, Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Division. This role requires proficiency in handling DoD taskers and suspenses, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks in a growing, agile, fast-paced, high-visibility environment. The Workflow Manager will coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency. The Workflow Manager will assist the PMs with congressional reporting and requirements for the ABMS portfolio of acquisitions programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track DoD taskers and suspenses, ensuring all deadlines are met.Develop and implement workflow processes to enhance operational efficiency.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate task completion.Monitor and report on the status of taskers and suspenses, providing regular updates to senior management.Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks and inefficiencies.Train and mentor staff on workflow management best practices.Maintain accurate records and documentation of all workflow activities.Ensure compliance with DoD policies and procedures.Utilize the Task Management Tool (TMT) for tracking and managing tasks and suspenses.Utilize the PMRT/PDAA/AIR system for congressional reporting requirementsCoordinate with SAF/AQ and C3BM PEG on taskers and congressional reporting taskersWork Environment:

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in workflow management, preferably within the DoD or a similar government agency.An active Secret clearance is required to be considered for this positionProficiency in DoD taskers and suspenses management.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in workflow management software and tools, including TMT, Microsoft Teams, JIRA and Confluence.Knowledge of DoD policies and procedures.Ready to Make a Difference?
