Improving your expertise in Microsoft Identity, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 Collaboration, you will provide strategic mentorship, technical solutions, and best practices to optimize our clients' digital workplace environments. We offer Global and Local services around Adoption and Change Management which are delivered by Change Management Consultants. Accurate knowledge transfer is a meaningful part of any ACM project but should be provided by professional trainers with appropriate didactic qualifications. These customized training needs to be planned, coordinated, and adequate trainer resources booked. The Adoption&Change Management(ACM)Training Project Coordinator is responsible for accurately planning these trainings, webinars, or online sessions and ensuring delivery with high quality. Another critical part of cross team teamwork requirement would require the consultant to work with Presales consultants, help them translate business requirements to technical requirements and help them scope technically complicated problem projects and drive it towards and scope strict statement of projects in your expertise. What we need to see from you Adoption and Change Management: Support and advice customers on the subjects of training services. Interface function for customers, trainers and internal ACM teams within the projects Support sales teams in various countries in the pre-sales phase in identifying suitable training formats for dedicated customer projects Coordination and close collaboration with the responsible ACM members Handle the training delivery process from order entry to invoice Planning and implementation of training projects Organization and managing of trainings of various formats Resource management and resource planning Quality management Continuous improvement and further development of processes and tools. Tenant to Tenant Migration: Collaborate with clients to assess their migration requirements and develop a comprehensive migration strategy. Analyse source and target environments to ensure compatibility and identify potential challenges. Develop a detailed migration plan, including timelines and achievements. Complete data migration tasks, ensuring the safe and efficient transfer of emails, documents, and other data. Maintain data integrity throughout the migration process. Fix and resolve migration-related issues promptly. Plan and implement the migration of Exchange Online mailboxes, public folders, and distribution groups. Ensure email flow continuity and resolve any email-related issues during and after migration. Create comprehensive documentation of migration processes, configurations, and best practices. Deliver training and knowledge transfer to the client's IT team. Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies and best practices. Suggest improvements and optimizations for future migrations. De-escalating communication abilities. Technical Experience : A degree or equivalent experience in business administration. Knowledge and experience in the training area is helpful.
