Job Description

The Achieve programme manager role is an, internal to First Rand business consultant/ professional services professional role , with the following 3 distinct areas of responsibility. The incumbent will be required to fulfil all listed responsibilitiesAchieve Management roleLead a Dynamic Team of Consultants: Oversee a team dedicated to implementing an Operational Excellence product set called Achieve.Demonstrate Strategic Thinking and Leadership: Utilize strategic thinking and leadership skills to guide the team, making informed decisions that facilitates strategy executionUnderstand and incorporate Engineering and Automation Tools: Possess an understanding of process engineering, robotic process automation, and other enablement tolls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Track Benefits and Develop Business Cases: Develop business cases to support new initiatives as well as to monitor realized ROIGather and Analyse Data: Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making processes, ensuring data-driven strategies.Manage Resources Effectively: Allocate and manage resources internally and for clients to maximize efficiency and achieve project goals within budget and time constraints.Oversee Program Management: Ensure the successful management of programs, delivering projects on time and within scope.Promote Agility: Encourage agility within the team and the organization, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and business demands.Prioritize Team Development: Focus on the growth and development of team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Professional Services design roleDesign Tailored Solutions: Develop customized solutions for complex challenges using both qualitative and quantitative analyses, ensuring effective problem-solving.Conduct Thorough Business Analyses: Perform comprehensive business analyses to identify areas for improvement, ensuring the organization operates efficiently and effectively.Identify Organizational Challenges and Opportunities: Assess the broader organization to identify challenges that could be transformed into opportunities for growth and improvement.Drive Change and Foster Innovation: Lead initiatives that drive organizational change and foster a culture of innovation, ensuring impactful results.Remain abreast of  Industry Trends: This includes best practices and model adjustment brought about by client requirements Professional Services execution roleCoach Senior Leadership: Provide guidance to senior leaders on adopting new methodologies, ensuring these approaches are in line with the organization’s objectives.Mitigate Risks and Ensure Sustainability: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the long-term sustainability of initiatives.Engage Stakeholders and Contribute to Strategy: Actively engage with stakeholders to gather insights and contribute to the development of organizational strategies.

Qualification and ExperienceMBA or relevant Master's degree5-10 Years professional services / consulting experience.5-10 Years management experience.Job Details
