Lead the day-to-day activities of one of the following teams (Central Bill & International Accounts, Budget Truck & Direct Bill Accounts). Offer customer support to both internal and external accounts and ensure resolution of customer inquiries related to all aspects of accounts receivable functions. Provide guidance and development to direct reports through empowerment, teamwork, on-the-job assignments and projects

Oversee daily productivity of the team, including monitoring the quality of work performed both by ABG and vendor resourcesManage team’s workflow and assign coverage for various activities due to prioritization, staffing, and required timelinesEnsure team is trained efficiently and that consistent feedback and coaching are providedRespond to escalated or sensitive inquiries or disputesSubject matter expert to provide support for other Avis Budget Group regions.Assist in developing new policies and procedures as neededCompile data for management reports and regular departmental performance reportsPerform standard supervisory duties for direct reports such as hiring, training, time-keeping approvals, performance discussions and reviews, disciplinary actionWhat we are looking for:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other related field, or 4 years of related experienceMinimum 2 years of customer service experiencePreferred 2 years supervisory experienceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment with fluctuating volumes of work, including delegation of workDemonstrated history of accuracy and attention to detail, efficiency, and sound judgmentStrong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills and the ability to act with discretion and professionalismStrong work-ethic and problem resolution skills are critical for success in this positionProficiency in MS Office Suite, ability to navigate various PC systemsPerks you’ll get:
