**Description for Internal Candidates** Ready to ensure seamless financial transactions and outstanding guest experiences? We’re searching for an **Accounts Receivable Associate** with an eye for detail and a passion for accuracy to keep our hotel’s financial operations running smoothly. **A little taste of your day-to-day:** Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Managing and overseeing billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing Reconciling accounts, monitoring outstanding balances, and following up on payments Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports for management Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations Collaborating with other departments to support smooth financial operations **What we need from you:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles Proficiency in **Opera** and other financial management systems will be a priority Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving **What you can expect from us:** We give our people everything they need to succeed.
