Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor based in Louisville, Kentucky. The role is primarily involved in the healthcare industry, with a focus on patient billing and insurance denials. The position is a hybrid one, combining office work with remote elements. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage one of the accounts receivable teams, ensuring efficient processing of customer needs. • Utilize accounting software system and other relevant tools to maintain accurate customer records. • Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate actions based on account status. • Supervise direct reports in their auditing duties, ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Manage billing functions, ensuring accurate and on-time billing to customers. • Lead and guide the team in the growth and development of their accounting skills. Requirements • Extensive knowledge in Accounting Software Systems (Epic and Excel) to streamline accounting processes. • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions to maintain financial health of the organization. • Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) to effectively manage payments owed to the company from its customers. • Auditing skills are necessary to ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations. • Familiarity with Billing Functions to ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection.
