Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in DEARBORN, Michigan, United States. This role falls within the industry of accounts receivable and will involve comprehensive tasks related to billing, invoicing, and collections from dealerships. Responsibilities: • Accurately process credit applications for customers • Handle billing functions and generate invoices for dealerships • Maintain and update customer credit records efficiently • Conduct collections operations to recover due payments • Resolve customer inquiries related to invoices and billing • Perform regular monitoring of customer accounts and take necessary action • Ensure accurate entry of invoices in the system • Manage and maintain accounts receivable records. Requirements • Proficiency in Billing Functions, including the ability to accurately and efficiently process and track billing information • Strong knowledge of Billing principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a diverse range of business scenarios • Ability to Enter Invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all data is correctly captured and recorded • Experience with Customer Invoices, including the generation, distribution, and follow-up of invoices to ensure prompt payment • Understanding of Invoice management, with the ability to handle large volumes of invoices and keep accurate records • Proven experience in Collections, with the ability to implement effective collection strategies and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments • Knowledge of Collection operations, including the ability to work with other departments and external agencies to facilitate collection processes • Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), with the ability to manage all aspects of AR including record keeping, reconciliation, and reporting Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
