Description Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to enhance our team. This role is crucial for ensuring timely collections and managing billing processes in line with project contracts. This is a contract-to-hire position and can move quickly! Construction industry background is a must!! ● Efficient collection of payments and managing accounts receivable activities. ● Experienced in working with and producing waivers. ● Collaborate with accounting departments to secure payment from clients, including obtaining necessary sub-tier waivers. ● Maintain electronic AR job folders, resolve billing disputes, and achieve collection goals. ● Invoice all projects accurately, including change orders, and report AR aging to management. ● Prepare payouts for vendors based on amount received from client’s Requirements Software: Foundation Soft (not required but could be a plus) Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Accounting Functions, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing Functions, Cash Activity, Cash Handling, Construction Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
