Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring issues regarding invoices, shortages, and damages are reconciled promptly. The successful candidate will also address issues immediately, maintaining correct information and data in Excel, and contribute to process improvements.
Responsibilities
+ Ensure issues regarding invoices, shortages, and damages are reconciled.
+ Address issues immediately and inform appropriate parties of resolutions.
+ Maintain correct information and data in Excel.
+ Increase industry and company knowledge by learning new skills and information.
+ Seek out opportunities to improve current processes.
+ Audit and investigate discrepancies in orders.
+ Facilitate and improve the efficiency of the routing of freight bills and billing cycle time.
+ Ensure proper and timely invoicing and settlements.
+ Collect data and reports from plants for inventory control.
+ Update various spreadsheets and reports regularly.
+ Field questions from Accounting, Inventory, and Buyers departments.
+ Cross-train with the Customer Service position.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in accounts receivable.
+ Proficiency in SAP.
+ Experience with office applications.
+ Experience in accounts receivable and logistics manufacturing is a plus.
+ Approximately 1 year of experience in Accounting, Customer Service, Month-end Reconciliation, General Ledger, and Financial Analysis.

Work Environment
The first week will be in the office for training. After that, the role will be fully remote.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
