\n\t\t\t\t\tReview and prepare monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations. \n\nPerform daily and monthly reconciliations. \n\nProcess payment applications and journal entries to customer account and create discrepancies. \n\nMaintain up-to-date records of client accounts and payments.\n\nPrepare financial reports related to accounts receivable and billing.\n\nManaged customer invoices through portal (JDE and Oracle)

\n\t\t\t\t\tHigh School Diploma required\n\nAssociates or Bachelors degree preferred \n\n 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience \n\nJD Edwards and/or Oracle experience required\n\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\n\nIntermediate to advanced level Microsoft Excel\n\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00
