Description Our client is looking to bring on an additional Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their Team! Job Responsibilities (Including but not limited to): • Full Cycle Accounts Receivable • Place courtesy collections calls to collect on uncollected receivables. • Maintain precise records of all incoming payments • Prepare and send invoices to clients • Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices • Reconcile any irregularities in receipts • Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances • Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting • Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed • Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in payments Qualification: • At least three years experience in Accounting, AR preferred • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a driven and dedicated personality • Strong excel experience, which will correlate to working with large data sets If you are extremely detailing oriented Accounts Receivable professional, able to multitask and are looking to work in a fast-paced environment - this position is for you!
