Description We are looking to add an Accounts Receivable Clerk to our team, based near Downtown Houston, Texas. This role is crucial to our operations and involves managing and resolving customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and processing applications. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts receivable • Process customer applications with efficiency and accuracy • Accurate maintenance and monitoring of customer credit records • Conduct account reconciliations regularly • Manage billing processes and ensure they are carried out accurately • Oversee cash applications and collections • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in daily tasks • Engage in commercial collections when required. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required • Must have substantial experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) • Familiarity with Billing procedures and practices is necessary • Knowledge in Cash Applications is desirable • Experience with Cash Collections is essential • Competency in Commercial Collections is a must • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required • Familiarity with Oracle software is a plus • Experience with QuickBooks software is preferred • Knowledge of SAP system is essential Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
