Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry, located in Midland, Texas. This role involves substantial collections work using Ariba software and requires skills in account reconciliation, billing, cash applications, commercial collections, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP. Responsibilities: • Manage and execute billing processes using various software including Ariba, QuickBooks, and SAP. • Oversee cash applications and account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness. • Use Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. • Handle substantial collections work, ensuring all dues are collected in a timely manner. • Perform commercial collections tasks, maintaining professionalism and effective communication. • Maintain and update accurate customer credit records. • Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts receivable. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. Requirements • Applicant must possess proven experience in the role of Accounts Receivable Clerk, preferably within the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is a crucial requirement for this position. • Strong familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes is required. • Experience in Billing tasks is a must for the potential candidate. • The ability to handle Cash Applications effectively is a necessary skill. • Experience in Cash Collections is a significant requirement for this role. • Applicant must have a strong background in Commercial Collections. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary for managing data and figures. • Knowledge of Oracle software will be beneficial for this position. • Experience with QuickBooks will be considered a valuable asset. • Familiarity with SAP software is a necessity for this role. • Proficiency in Ariba is a significant requirement for this position.
