Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a long-term contract employment opportunity in Irvine, California. The role primarily revolves around the management of sales orders and invoice tracking in the industry. This position involves working in an office setting and requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Assist with resolving invoice discrepancies • Manage and track invoices on a regular basis • Communicate with customers regarding past due payments • Enter sales orders accurately and efficiently in SAP • Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Billing • Apply cash applications and collections as needed • Handle commercial collections tasks • Use Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is a must for this role. • Applicants should have a strong understanding and practical experience with Accounts Receivable (AR). • Demonstrated ability to handle Billing tasks efficiently. • Familiarity and experience with Cash Applications is essential. • Proven expertise in Cash Collections is required. • Candidates must have experience with Commercial Collections. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a vital requirement for this role. • Knowledge of Oracle is highly desirable. • Experience in using QuickBooks is a significant advantage. • Proficiency in using SAP is essential for this position.
