Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk for our establishment in Tampa, Florida. This role is crucial in our financial department, as it involves processing and reconciling commission receipts in our Salesforce system. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity and requires skills in account reconciliation, billing, cash applications, and collections, among others. Responsibilities • Accurately process commission receipts in the Salesforce system • Reconcile processed receipts to our bank accounts • Handle account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy • Utilize your skills in Billing, Cash Applications, and Collections • Use software like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Salesforce Sales Cloud for various tasks • Monitor commercial collections and take necessary action • Maintain efficient and accurate records of all transactions. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required for the role of Accounts Receivable Clerk. • A strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary. • Experience in Billing is a key requirement for this position. • The ability to handle Cash Applications is crucial in this role. • The candidate must be adept at Cash Collections. • Familiarity with Commercial Collections is an important skill for this job. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must-have for this position. • Experience with Oracle is a significant advantage for this role. • Knowledge of QuickBooks is highly desirable for this job. • Familiarity with SAP is beneficial for this position. • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus for this role.
