Description We are offering a contract to hire position as an Accounts Receivable Clerk in BALTIMORE, Maryland. This role will be pivotal within our team, focusing on the processing of customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and effectively liaising between customers and sales. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications • Maintain precise records of customer credit • Act as a liaison between customers and sales • Handle credit card orders manually, including scanning and receipting to the customer • Import and send copies of invoices and statements • Ensure reconciliation and accurate posting of all accounts receivable, credit card payments, and ACH • Learn and utilize the Eclipse software for tasks as required • Use Microsoft Excel for processing and record-keeping purposes. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar role • Proficient in Accounts Receivable (AR) • Demonstrable experience in billing • Proficient in handling Credit Card Payments • Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions • Ability to accurately enter invoices • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Experience in processing credit card transactions Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
