KEY OBJECTIVE:
The Accounts Receivable Analyst will primarily be responsible for effectively managing the overall collection process per their assigned portfolio and fostering and maintaining strong business relationships with internal/external customers. It is also critical that the individual is analytical and demonstrates that they can proactively achieve individual and department goals and objectives.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completion of College diploma /University degree in Commerce, Business Administration or Accounting. Minimum of two (2) years of professional work experience in Accounts Receivable P&C (Agency Bill) environment is highly desired. Strong critical thinking skills and aptitude for evaluating, analyzing and interpreting detailed information, including high degree of comfort in working with numbers. Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) Well organized, with high degree of initiative to prioritize, multi-task, maintain flexibility and ultimately meet and exceed deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated high level of responsiveness, customer service and efficiency when working with internal and external stakeholders. Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to highlight trends and\or issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
