If you are an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator who has worked with QuickBooks Desktop, this role is for you! Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with Accounts Receivable Must have experience with QuickBooks Desktop Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Suite applications Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Admin Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing accounts receivable and payable functions, generating invoices, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks and Excel skills and thrive in a collaborative, family-oriented work environment. Responsibilities include: + Manage predominately accounts receivable and some accounts payable functions, with a focus on invoicing and payment collection + Generate invoices in QuickBooks and convert sales orders to invoices + Perform month-end and year-end financial tasks + Handle administrative duties, including answering phones and data entry + Provide customer service and support payment collections from contractors + Reconcile accounts and manage pivot tables in Excel + Assisting with administrative duties as needed Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
