JOB SUMMARY
The Accounts Payable Vendor & Payment Verifier is responsible for vendor maintenance for all companies; reviewing invoices against payments made for all companies; and producing files for electronic payments.
This position is hybrid with onsite work required in Marshfield, WI.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred/Optional: Associate degree in accounting or related field.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required: Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.); have working knowledge of the rules and regulations related to 1099 reporting; be accurate and efficient with data entry and use of 10-key calculator; have knowledge of Accounting Principles and Policies and office equipment
