Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices and match them with purchase orders and receiving records Ensure appropriate coding, approval, and documentation for all invoices Perform data entry of invoices into the accounting system Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve any invoice discrepancies Prepare and process payments to vendors, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card payments Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies Mantain accurate and up-to-date vendor records Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable
