The AP Specialist will serve as the accounting liaison and subject matter expert for Hanger’s Expense wire program, provide excellent customer service, maintain audit compliance, and help ensure departmental goals are achieved.

 

This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our corporate HQ office in Austin's domain. 

Your Impact

In this role, you will: 

Assist internal customers with issues related to purchase card and expense reportingWork with employees of all levels of corporate and field management to resolve unsubmitted purchase card transactions and expense report issuesMonitor and resolve missing expense report receiptsAssist employees with ACH issues impacting expense reimbursementProvide online training of new Expensewire usersCreate and submit monthly statistical reporting to managementPerform periodic audits of Expensewire activity Perform quarterly reviews of Expensewire approval limits to ensure adherence to Hanger policyAdditional responsibilities/duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications

To be formally considered for the role, you should possess: 

 

High School diploma2 years in an accounting or finance-related field, previous Pcard experience a plus Additional Success Factors
