Description We are seeking a committed Accounts Payable Specialist in the Wholesale Distribution sector, situated in Rockwall, Texas. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, your main responsibilities will include managing a substantial amount of data entry and overseeing invoices for accounts payable. You may also occasionally be required to manage some minor accounts receivable tasks. This role provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Processing high volumes of data entry tasks accurately • Skillfully managing and overseeing invoices for accounts payable • Using Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas for a variety of accounting tasks • Occasionally managing minor collections and accounts receivable tasks • Employing 10 Key Skills for data entry and other related tasks • Keeping precise records of all accounts payable transactions • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary • Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
