Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Machinery Manufacturing industry, based in Greenville, South Carolina. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be tasked with managing vendor relations, processing purchase orders, maintaining precise records of accounts payable, and addressing any discrepancies that arise. Responsibilities: • Accurately managing and processing purchase orders as part of the accounts payable function • Utilizing Microsoft Excel to maintain and update financial data pertaining to accounts payable • Handling Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions as required • Ensuring vendor management by maintaining strong and detail-oriented relationships, and addressing any issues promptly • Proactively resolving discrepancies in accounts payable records to ensure accuracy • Leveraging prior experience in Accounts Payable (AP) to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the role.
