Description We are offering a contract for an Accounts Payable Specialist to become an integral part of our client's team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, your main role will be to handle account coding, utilize accounting software systems and manage accounts payable functions. Responsibilities • Manage and maintain all facets of accounts payable (AP) • Utilize accounting software systems for financial management and record-keeping • Ensure accurate account coding for all financial transactions • Use ADP - Financial Services for accounting and payroll processing • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. *Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment.
