Job Description

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing and processing all invoices received for payment and undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

ResponsibilitiesReview, verify, and process invoices and payment requests.Maintain and update vendor files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, as well as check payments.Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date.Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.Generate and analyze accounts payable reports and assist with month-end closing.Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and assist with audits as needed.Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.Essential SkillsAccounts payableInvoice processingThree-way matchingMicrosoft ExcelJDE systemQualifications2-5 years of full cycle AP experienceExperience in an ERP systemPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00
