Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Review all accounts payables vouchers for accuracy, ensure approvals and appropriate backup documentation. Ensure all invoices are processed to ensure timely payments to vendors Analyze, resolve, and respond to inquiries presented by internal and external customers in a timely manner Assist in payment reconciliations Other duties and special projects as assignedKnowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements
High school diploma Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs. Ability to work independently and as a team member Perform accurately in a fast-paced, goal-based environment, and ability to adapt to a growing business Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsWork Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive work experience in Accounts PayableEducation, Licenses and Certification
