The Role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our fast-paced, high-performing international accounting team. As we continue to grow and expand globally, we understand that hiring the right people and treating them well is key to our success! We are a multi-national company with locations in 18 countries, with each location contributing to Proofpoint’s amazing culture.

This individual will be an integral part of the wider accounting team with focus in European countries.  This is a great opportunity that will allow for career growth as the Company continues to expand.

Process AP Invoices for multiple entities in various currencies accurately & in a timely manner.Process Employee ExpensesManaging multiple email mailboxesManaging AP QueriesAssist with Month End Close activities.Any ad hoc tasks as required by management.Communicating with internal and external stakeholders & vendors via email and phoneAssisting with the preparation of payment proposals
