Accounts Payable/Payroll
Description Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the timely entry of vendor invoices and payment processing, as well as other miscellaneous accounts payable and administrative duties as assigned. Busy times can be up to 500-600 invoices that need to be keyed in. Match invoices to purchase orders. Print AP reports and prepare checks for payment. Payroll Duties consist of data entry for weekly payroll. Collect timecards from department heads. Verifying vehicle GPS match the location and stamps of timecards. Enter any necessary deductions for individual employees. Contact vendors regarding errors on invoices Filing Skills Accounts payable, payroll, Accounts receivable, administrative support Top Skills Details Accounts payable,payroll Additional Skills & Qualifications Sage accounting software Backup administrative assistance with answering phones and directing walk-in visitors. Obtain Certificates of Liability/Unemployment Insurances for Subcontractors. Obtain W-9 Certificates for all Vendors. Prepare/verify lien waivers when necessary. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $54080.00 Would be their benefits. Medical, Dental, retirement. They will go through those with candidates if hired. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in West Fargo,ND.
