About the Role

Due to internal promotions, we are seeking three Accounts Payable Officers to join our high – performing team.
 

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you’ll handle high-volume invoice processing with precision and efficiency, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll proactively resolve invoice queries, reconcile supplier statements, and oversee both scheduled and ad hoc payments, making sure our operations remain seamless.
 

Working closely with the Finance Team, particularly during month-end closures, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our financial operations remain robust.

To be successful, you will bring:
 

Australian Citizenship. Computer literate and skilled in the use of MS Office software (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Experience with high volume Accounts Payable processing experience in a large company with multiple legal entities or multiple currencies. Experience with IFS, Sage or Pagero is highly desirable.
