Job Description
As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will lead and direct the AP team, including the AP Lead, Staff Accountant, and Billing Clerk, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments across various disbursement workflows. You will be responsible for ensuring documented approvals per company policy, accurate recording, and assisting with month-end closing procedures including AP accruals. Disbursement workflows include PO and non-PO processing via Coupa and MS Dynamics (Great Plains), vendor ACH debits, vendor portal payments, credit card payments, and wires.

This is primarily an in-office role where you will be required to sit for long periods of time working with computers, copiers, and telephones. The role involves infrequent light physical effort. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00
