In this role you will handle more complex AR tasks and ensures accurate and timely data entry in company and client systems. This includes billing validation, submissions, reconciliations, reporting, and cash application, with essential communication with management and project staff to maintain data accuracy and completeness.

Essential Responsibilities:
Provides day-to-day support and guidance to AR Administrators, advising on technical issues and reviewing individual work
Leads process improvements, ensures standardization, and maintains process documentation
Supports the Employee Onboarding & Training Program to ensure smooth integration of new hires
Provides input for performance reviews of direct reports and manages team vacation planning and approvals
Reviews and prepares complex invoices for accuracy and completeness
Enters invoices into JDE and gathers supporting documentation for invoicing
Submits billing details to clients, ensuring compliance with client requirements and addressing any discrepancies
Provides AR reporting, follows up on aged invoices, and resolves advanced billing or collection issues, including reconciling payments in different currencies
Qualifications:
5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or similar roles
2 years of supervisory experience, leading and mentoring teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Access databases is a plus
Familiarity with JD Edwards and relevant industry experience is an asset
Experience with electronic billing systems is a plus
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective multi-tasking, prioritization, and deadline management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional customer service
Compensation
$57,600 - $79,200 Annual
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
