Description We are in the process of recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk for our team, located in Plymouth, Minnesota. The role is crucial in the software industry, where you will be entrusted with the task of maintaining accurate customer records, processing customer applications, and resolving customer inquiries. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications • Maintain and update customer credit records regularly • Handle and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner • Monitor customer accounts closely and take necessary actions when needed • Utilize software tools like Epicore for smooth operation and management • Use advanced Excel features such as pivot tables and vlookups for data management • Perform check runs weekly, matching invoices and working with vendors • Handle vouchering and journal entries as required • Manage payables inbox, ensuring all invoices are appropriately processed and communications are maintained, primarily through email • Validate information through phone calls when necessary.
