Description We are extending an opportunity for a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry, based in Midland, Texas. Serving as an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be tasked with handling customer inquiries, keeping customer accounts under surveillance, and taking necessary action while maintaining precise customer credit records. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications • Maintaining precise records of customer credit • Resolving customer inquiries promptly and accurately • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary • Performing heavy data entry tasks for account reconciliation • Processing invoices and ensuring they are coded correctly • Running checks and managing billing functions • Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Open Invoice for various tasks • Ensuring invoices are approved and processed correctly. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required. • Must have experience in Accounts Payable (AP). • Familiarity with Check Runs is necessary. • Knowledge of Coding Invoices is essential. • Data Entry skills are needed. • Experience in Invoice Processing is required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary. • Familiarity with Oracle software is desirable. • Knowledge of QuickBooks is required. • SAP experience is essential. • Open Invoice experience is necessary. • Candidate must be able to Code Invoices. • Experience with Approved Invoices is required. • Billing knowledge is essential. • Experience with Billing Functions is necessary.
