Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Denver, Colorado. Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications. • Manage and maintain precise customer credit records. • Handle customer inquiries with a prompt and effective approach. • Monitor customer accounts and implement necessary actions. • Utilize Sage or similar accounting software for various accounting tasks. • Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping. • Collaborate with team members and external vendors utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Participate in learning opportunities to expand skills with financial software systems. • Adhere to coding invoices and invoice processing standards.
