Summary: Performs multiple tasks within the accounts payable department by performing the following duties.\n
\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n\nValidates and enters all invoices for payment.\nMaintains Accounts Payable Files\nComplete and\/or review new vendor set up paperwork for completeness \nCollaborate with divisional AP to maintain vendors including address changes, EFT payment setup, etc.\nAssist with vendor and divisional AP inquiries\nReview vendor statements for outstanding items\nPrepare accounts payable reconciliation reports\nPrepare analysis of accounts, as required\nProcess vendor payments\nAssists in monthly closings\nAssist the division with expense reports and reconciliations\nAdministrative tasks (filing, etc.)\nSpecial projects as needed\n\n

Qualifications \n\nAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner\nEye for detail, and accuracy is imperative\nAble to meet deadlines\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nExcellent organizational and analytical skills\nAbility to be an effective team member and display initiative\nProficient with MS Word and Excel; Navision and Oracle experience a plus\n\n

Education and\/or Experience \n

Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to 3 years related experience and\/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. \n
\n

Computer Skills \n

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Accounting ERP software, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Microsoft Word software. Microsoft NAV, Oracle, and Concur experience a plus.\n
